Where: Meet at the corner of Kruse Dr. and Montague Expressway, San Jose CA
When: Sun, 5/21 from 10am - 12 pm
Cost: FREE!

Come and learn about the plants and animals that make their home at North Coyote Creek! This unique area is an oasis of green, and it's a great place to get to know some of our non-human neighbors -- how they got here, the roles they play in human culture, and how they manage to persist and thrive in this very urban area. Take a stroll with us to find these animals, hear some stories, and tell your own!

This walk is sponsored by the Santa Clara County Creeks Coalition to promote education, stewardship, and restoration of the area.

Please come prepared to walk approximately one mile on a relatively even dirt path that might be slightly muddy. Wear comfortable shoes, dress in layers. Bring your own drinking water and sun protection. Bathroom facilities are not available.

Bring binoculars if you have them, but we'll have some to share if you don't.
