PetitionCitizen's Petition to the elected officials of the My name is ____________________ and I am a resident and voter in Santa Clara County . I know the water district has been a water supply and flood control agency for many years, and the land use agencies have focused on development, but to me, having natural and environmentally healthy streams is just as important. I'd like my neighborhood to have a living stream with fish and trees and birds. And I want trails that are designed not to harm the ecosystem so I can see and enjoy our creeks.
